Regular fees are $100 per individual counselling session and $120 per couples or family counselling session. Payments are accepted by cash, credit card or eTransfer.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required for cancellations. 50% of the session fee is required when there is less than 24 hours notice and 100% of the session fee is required for unattended appointments.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance, or your employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking some of the following questions:
Do I have medical health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
